If you know, you know. Most people wouldn’t think about Mexican restaurants when thinking about fall food, but Mad Mex is an exception. When we think of fall in a bowl, it’s Dianoia’s gnocchi pumpkin bowl. Served in a roasted pumpkin, the bowl is filled with house-made gnocchi and pumpkin cream sauce made with mozzarella, nutmeg, and basil.
